To initiate a plan that will result in immediate growth for the corporation and through managed vision we will sustain growth for the corporation into the future.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION AND HISTORY OF DELTA:

Delta Instrumentation, Inc. was incorporated as a "C" Corp. in the State of Ohio in October, 1990. The corporation started with the purpose of representing a small number of manufacturers focused in the marketing of instrumentation in the municipal, electrical and industrial markets for the northern Ohio trading area.The markets covered are Steel, Automotive, Petro-Chemical, Food, Consumer Health Care, Municipal, Regulated and Non-Regulated Utilities.

Delta started with the two partners as active outside salesmen as the only two employees. In January of 1992 we hired a part-time bookkeeper/secretary and in 1994 we added a full-time secretary. January 1996 Delta moved its offices to a larger (2,700 sq. ft.) office with the idea of adding space for additional sales/support staff. In December of 1997 Delta added another outside salesmen and increased our market coverage to include all of Ohio with the exception of the six surrounding counties of Cincinnati.
